Scope and account
The service provides Chinese learning reference and practice tools, not examination registration, official certification or a promised score. Keep account credentials secure and use accurate registration details.
Products and free access
A one-time USD 9.99 purchase covers one selected tier: HSK 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7–9. Monthly USD 4.99 access covers all tiers while active. Word lookup is free. Registered users without a purchase may access a combined total of 10 new questions or vocabulary words per day across eligible practice tools. Reopening the same item on the same day does not count again. The allowance resets at 00:00 UTC (08:00 China time). Word lookup does not use this allowance. Pinyin is excluded from the trial and requires any active paid entitlement. Pinyin follows an active paid entitlement. Any applicable taxes and total charges must be shown before purchase.
Lifetime and subscriptions
Lifetime tier access has no fixed expiry and does not require monthly renewal. It does not include other tiers or future separate products. Material service changes or closure require reasonable notice and appropriate remedies without affecting statutory rights. Monthly billing renews only with clear authorization; canceling stops future renewals and normally leaves access until the paid period ends. A functioning cancellation route must be provided before sales.
Payment and refunds
Creem is the planned payment provider; actual checkout terms and seller information must be disclosed. Access must be granted only after verified payment. Refund rules are not final: the proposal is a 14-day request window for one-time purchases and the first subscription payment, with duplicate charges, non-delivery and mandatory legal rights handled separately. Do not rely on this draft as an effective refund policy.
Use, changes and disputes
Do not attack the service, steal accounts, evade access controls or redistribute protected materials without permission. Account restrictions require reasonable grounds and a way to appeal. Applicable law and dispute arrangements will be stated once the real operator and markets are confirmed. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights.
