Data and purposes
The planned service uses email and provider identifiers for authentication, practice records for learning progress, usage counters for trials, order references and entitlement status for access, and limited logs for security and support. It does not store full card numbers, security codes or your Google/Facebook password.
Service providers and storage
Supabase is planned for accounts and data, Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, and Creem for payment processing. Google or Facebook processes data when you choose its login. The Supabase script is currently delivered by jsDelivr, which may receive your IP address and request information. Final providers, locations and international-transfer arrangements must be confirmed.
Cookies, progress and choice
Necessary session storage and browser storage may keep your sign-in, language and practice progress. Existing practice tools mainly keep progress in your browser; clearing it may remove that progress. No advertising pixels or optional behavioral analytics are currently added. Marketing email requires a separate choice.
Retention and rights
Before launch we must set and publish actual retention periods. You may request access, correction, deletion or export of applicable personal data, and exercise other rights available under local law. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal obligations. Contact details and identity verification procedures must be available before data collection starts.
Children and updates
The proposed paid service is for adults. Minors need appropriate guardian permission and legally valid purchasing arrangements. Significant privacy changes will be disclosed. These draft statements must match the final technical and operational practices.
